Brief instruction of High Pressure Suspension Grinder:
In the main mill, on the hanger of the roller fix the high-pressure springs which weigh 1000-1500kg. During the process, under the function of high-pressure spring and the centrifugal force, the rollers rotate surround the main shaft and roll clinging to the ring. Its capacity improves compared with the Raymond mill because its rolling pressure is 1.2 times higher than the Raymond mill in the same kinetic condition. When entering grinding chamber, the raw materials are shoveled up by the shovels and are grinded between the rollers and ring; the materials after grinding are brought into the separator along with the air from the blower, and the qualified fine powder became final products and come into the cyclone powder collector, the other unqualified powder fall down to be re-grinded. The circular air returns back to the blower that the above process will be repeated, and the remaining air enters the bag filter in order to protect the circumstance. When the rollers and ring are damaged, to adjust the length of the high-pressure spring and keep the constant grinding force between rollers and ring in order to assure the steady capacity and products fineness.
Structure instruction of High pressure suspension mill:
High pressure suspension mill consists of main mill, separator, blower, cyclone powder collector, bag filter and connecting air pipe, etc. And according to customer need, the jaw crusher, elevator, hopper, vibrating feeder and electric switch box can also be matched with the mill as additional equipments. In the main mill, roller assemble suspends on the roller hanger by the crosspiece shaft; and rollers and main shaft and shovel frame fixed together; high-pressure spring are on the top of the roller housing, take the crosspiece shaft as fulcrum to make rollers cling to the inner circle of the ring. And when the motor drives the shaft rotate through the driving device, the shovels which fixed on the shovel seat and rollers rotate in step, and rollers not only rotate along the inner circle of ring and meanwhile the rollers auto-rotate themselves
