Brief instruction of Super Pressure Trapezium Grinder Mill:

Operating principle of Super Pressure Trapezium Grinder Mill:
Working principal of Super Pressure The mainframe drives the central axis through the speed reducer in the mill. The quincunx stand connected with the upper part of central axis, at the quincunx stand, rollers are set and by which the vibrating pivot formed. Below the quincunx stand and rollers there is shovel system. Materials are fed into the space between rollers and shovels when they are turning, and then be grinded by the pressure produced when rollers are turning, thus powder is made.
The powder collector drives the vanes through speed adjusting motor to separate the powders, those which meet the requirements be suck into cyclone powder collector together with air current, then be collected after be separated with the air current, and those which not meet the requirements will be thrown into the outer wall, thus be separated with the air current, finally fall into the grinding chamber and be grinded the second time. When entering into the powder collector with the air current, the powders are at high speed circumvolving state. After be separated with the air current, the powders fall and be collected. There is powder locking valve at the end of powder collector, which is used to isolate negative pressure air inside from positive pressure air outside. If there is no powder locking valve or tongues of powder locking valve not unites tightly, the powder discharging speed will decrease, even no powders discharge.
