Brief instruction of jaw crusher:
This series crusher has the features of high crushing ratio, homogeneous final grain size, simple structure, reliable working condition, easy maintenance, low operating cost. And jaw crushers are widely used in mining, smelting, building materials, highway, railway, water conservancy and chemical industries, etc. The largest compressive resistance is not more than 320 MPa.
Usages and scope of application:
1. The jaw crushers are mainly used to crush mid-harness stones and mining ores primarily and secondarily in metallurgy, mining, chemical industry, cement, construction, fire-proof material and ceramics industries, etc.
2. The jaw crusher is most suitable to crush all kinds of minerals and ores, whose largest compressive resistance should not be more than 320 MPa.
Operating principle of jaw crusher:
The motor drives the belt and belt wheel to make the movable jaw move up and down through eccentric shaft. The angle between toggle plate and movable jaw increases when the movable jaw move up, thus the movable jaw plate move close to the fixed jaw plate, meanwhile the raw material are crushed from big size to small pieces; the angle between toggle plate and movable jaw decrease when the movable jaw move down, and under the function of the draw rod and springs, the movable jaw will move away from the fixed jaw plate, and the crushed material will be discharged from the crushing chamber. Along with the continuous rotation of the motor, the movable jaw moves up and down periodically fulfilled the mass production.
